Between 24 and 72hours. Applications are processes within 24hours and onward forwarding of loans take between 24hours and 48hours. The decision will be instant once you submit your application. In some cases, we may require additional information from you before we make a decision.

How do I modify or cancel recurring payments or email reminders?

If you would like to modify or cancel your recurring payments or email reminders, you can do so by visiting www.swiftcreditboat.com and click the CONTACT US MENU at the top of the page. and send us an email. Recurring payments can be cancelled anytime up to 11 pm ET on the day before your next scheduled payment.

I’ve applied already but can I change the amount?

Unfortunately, once you’ve completed the application you cannot change the amount of the loan, you would need to request cancellation and apply again if you wanted a different amount.

I already have a Swiftcreditboat loan, can i apply for another?

Yes. As an existing Swiftcreditboat customer, you can have up to three loans at the same time. You can check your eligibility by contacting us. We've made the process as quick and easy as possible by pre-populating the information you've already given us, so you won't need to go through a full application again.
